Good printer, minor shipping issue

I bought the JGMaker R1. The printer itself is solid, prints well and was easy enough to assemble. Packaging was secure. I'm in Texas and my filament order got here in about a week. I think they ship from US warehouses, so it's not coming from overseas for most stuff.

They definitely have local warehouses. My printer came from a US one and it was pretty quick, like 5-7 business days for me on the east coast. You should be good for Cali.

They do new customer stuff sometimes too if it's your first order. But for big printers like that, Black Friday or Cyber Monday are usually the best bet for max savings. You can always sign up for their newsletter, they send codes out there.

I'd say JGMaker is pretty good for beginners. I got their A5S as my first one and it wasn't too hard to get going. Lots of online help too.

Depends on which model. Some of their basic ones like the Magic or A1 are super user-friendly. For the IDEX ones, a bit more of a learning curve, but totally doable if you're willing to tinker a bit. Voxelab is fine too, but JGMaker has some cool features on their higher-end stuff.
